The Cold Lake Fighter Jets are a locally owned and operated senior men’s football team and a proud member of the ALBERTA FOOTBALL LEAGUE .
Formed in 2019 the Fighter Jets 60-man roster is made up of players from across the Lakeland region, as well as former Lloydminster Vandals, and others from across the province and country.
On May 25th the team hit the turf for the first time against the Airdrie Irish. In the first game in team history the Fighter Jets came away with a big home win 27-6.
**THE TEAM GOAL is to provide fans and players with a competitive outlet for football. Players can develop and continue their progression towards pro leagues, or -for former elite high level athletes- to remain playing the sport they love so dearly.

Fighter Jets kick-off for the first time
Fans packed into the grandstands to cheer on the Cold Lake Fighter Jets during their first home game in franchise history.
The team didn’t disappoint with a 27-6 win over the Airdrie Irish on Saturday, May 25.
A pregame flyover by CFB Cold Lake helped kick-off the event, which also marked the first time a game was held on Cold Lake’s new artificial turf field.
