The Cold Lake Fighter Jets are a locally owned and operated senior men’s football team and a proud member of the ALBERTA FOOTBALL LEAGUE .

Formed in 2019 the Fighter Jets 60-man roster is made up of players from across the Lakeland region, as well as former Lloydminster Vandals, and others from across the province and country.

On May 25th the team hit the turf for the first time against the Airdrie Irish. In the first game in team history the Fighter Jets came away with a big home win 27-6.

**THE TEAM GOAL is to provide fans and players with a competitive outlet for football. Players can develop and continue their progression towards pro leagues, or -for former elite high level athletes- to remain playing the sport they love so dearly.

Our Head Coach

“I think Cold Lake will be excited because they are going to see some really good football. I think it’s also good for the high school players who aren’t going to junior or university football to have another option. The new stadium also is just phenomenal.”

“It’s important to hit the ground running with a new team and a new city. A community always likes to watch a winner. There are some talented players who are going to be in the lineup and the fans are going to see some great football.”
